Nothing here needs a training course. The screens that would normally be dozens of forms are one grid; the risky actions show a preview first.

Fee heads & class fees
Every school starts with Tuition, Admission, Lunch, Transportation, Library, and Examination ready to use. Built-in heads can be edited or disabled; anything you add can be deleted outright.
- Assign a head to specific classes with an amount and an enabled checkbox
- Override the amount, or force a head shown or hidden, for an individual student
- "Select all" to assign a head to every class in one go
- Rates flow from the Fee Structure, so this is set once and rarely touched again

Discounts, and the disclosure report
A scholarship is a percentage discount — overall or per fee head — applied while a student's invoice lines are resolved, so the maths is always right. The part schools dread, the government disclosure filing, is one click.
